Technogen Superair

Technogen Superair ceiling-type heat recovery units offer highly efficient solutions that improve indoor air quality while saving energy. With Eurovent-certified plate heat exchangers and low-noise plug fans, they provide a quiet, reliable, and eco-friendly climate control experience.

Technogen Superair heat recovery units have been developed by Technogen to meet today’s growing demands for energy efficiency and indoor air quality. These units are particularly suitable for use in offices, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, cinemas, exhibition halls, and residential buildings. While exhausting stale air outside and supplying fresh air inside, they achieve a high level of heat recovery through energy transfer with their plate heat exchangers.

The units feature Eurovent-certified cross-flow plate heat exchangers, 25 mm thick flame-retardant double-skin insulation, ePM10 50% (M5) class filters, and backward-curved plug fans. The fans operate with directly coupled AC motors, offering low energy consumption and low noise levels. Standard G4 filters are used in both the fresh air and exhaust air streams, while optional accessories such as electric heaters, hot water coils, and silencers allow customization for different needs.

Superair units are produced in 9 different airflow capacity models ranging from 800 m³/h to 6,000 m³/h. For example, the TEVHR-800 model has an airflow rate of 865 m³/h with a noise level of 57 dB(A), while the TEVHR-6000 model offers 6,000 m³/h airflow with a 59 dB(A) noise level, making it suitable for large-scale projects. Electrically, the units are designed for 230V/50Hz single-phase supply and operate with fan motor powers ranging from 270 W to 1,600 W.

With user-friendly service doors for easy maintenance, a modular structure, optional digital room control panels, and integration with building management systems (BMS), Superair units provide ideal solutions for both small-scale applications and large projects.
