Certified heat exchangers
Eurovent-certified cross-flow plate heat exchangers deliver a high level of heat recovery.
Ceiling-type heat recovery units with Eurovent-certified plate heat exchangers.
01Overview
Superair heat recovery units were developed by Technogen to meet growing demands for energy efficiency and indoor air quality — exhausting stale air while supplying fresh air, and transferring heat between the two through a plate heat exchanger.
They suit offices, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, cinemas, exhibition halls and residential buildings.
Eurovent-certified cross-flow plate heat exchangers deliver a high level of heat recovery.
Backward-curved plug fans on directly coupled AC motors for low energy use and low noise.
25 mm flame-retardant double-skin insulation throughout the casing.
G4 filters in both fresh-air and exhaust streams, with ePM10 50% (M5) class filters.
Electric heaters, hot-water coils and silencers adapt each unit to the project.
Optional digital room control panels and integration with building management systems.
02How it works
Superair recovers heat from exhaust air through a cross-flow plate exchanger, so fresh air arrives pre-tempered.
Stale air is drawn from the space and passes through the plate exchanger.
Heat transfers across the thin plates — the two airstreams never mix.
Filtered fresh air enters the space already pre-tempered.
03Range
From compact apartments to large projects — Superair spans 800 to 6,000 m³/h across nine airflow models.
Ranges across the nine Superair models. Data for every model is in the technical catalogue.
