01Overview
Cooling, heating and fresh air
in one rooftop unit.
SPACE is a packaged rooftop air conditioner with a direct-expansion refrigerant circuit. It cools the space through its DX coil, heats with the optional electric heater and brings in fresh air, then delivers the conditioned air through the duct system.
Developed for hot and tropical climates, it suits large commercial buildings, business centres, airports, restaurants, large stores, cinemas and theatres, conference halls, industrial facilities and logistics centres.
Scroll compressors
One, two or four scroll compressors: efficient, quiet and long-lived, with fewer moving parts.
Copper-aluminium coils
Copper-tube, aluminium-fin coils that keep their efficiency in high temperature and humidity.
Insulated casing
Electrostatic powder-coated galvanised steel casing with 50 mm insulation and easy service access.
Quick to commission
A compact packaged unit with fully automatic controls, ready to run once connected.
Options
Economiser, bag filter section, electric heater, electronic expansion valve, CO₂ and filter sensors, enthalpy control and more.
