Ceramic heat exchanger
A high-efficiency ceramic core stores heat from outgoing air and returns it to incoming air.
Room ventilation with heat recovery for spaces without existing ventilation infrastructure.

01Overview
Zephyr ventilates a single room through the wall, in buildings with no ventilation ductwork. At full speed it moves 60 m³/h on 5.9 W.
A reversing fan and a ceramic heat exchanger let it recover heat while it ventilates. Several units can run in sync over Wi-Fi.
A high-efficiency ceramic core stores heat from outgoing air and returns it to incoming air.
The fan reverses direction every half-cycle to alternate extract and supply.
Up to 90% thermal efficiency for comfortable air at low energy cost.
0.9 W in night mode, 5.9 W at full speed (60 m³/h).
Multiple units connect over Wi-Fi to run in sync for larger spaces.
Operating range −25 to +40 °C, with an IPX4-rated enclosure.
02How it works
Zephyr alternates airflow direction. The ceramic core charges with heat on the way out and releases it on the way in.
One full cycle takes 70 seconds. The animation runs faster.
